Nexus 10 MIMO Wifi

Nexus 10 comes with MIMO (Multiple-input/Multiple-output) WI-FI means enabling multiple Wi-Fi signals to be sent and received at once, which will make your WI-FI communication faster.

But having so many signals sent and received at once, will it really increase the WI-FI speed? Yes, it will.

Example, a group of people queing in line at the bank. If everyone is standing in one line, then only one person will get served at a time. But if the bank open up two or more stations, then there will be more queue lines and more people can be served at a time thus the lines dissipate more quickly.

This is the same situation here with WI-FI networks that uses MIMO, which use more communication lines to serve data more quickly.

If you are facing WIFI signal strength issue on some places in your house where the wifi signal was blocked by the wall or too far, you can consider getting this Netgear Wi-Fi booster. This Netgear Wi-Fi booster does not require you to be a network expert to use it, all you have to do is to plug it in and wait for its LED light to turn green. After that press the WPS button on the extender and your router then it should be ok.
The new wireless network will be having the same name as your router, but end with "_EXT", thus make sure to select that network if you're having WIFI signal strength issues.

With this WI-FI extender, you are likely to boost wifi signal by 4 times faster that it was before.

Buy it now!

  1. why in the world would I need this? Every other device in this house connects to my wifi with full strength and that's counting 10 wifi enabled devices in all except for my Nexus 10 which keeps losing connection and barely holds on 90% of the time.

  2. Hi Isaac, yes, there are alot of issue regarding the wifi issue on Nexus 10, some claiming that the nexus 10 is faulty and the working Nexus 10 should not had this issue, while others claim that it is a setting issue or andriod version issue. But if you just got your Nexus 10 and you are facing such issue, i think is best you contact Google for a replacement.
